With safety as the priority, each residence is appointed with state of the art emergency pulls in both the bath and bedroom areas of their homes.

Weekly service includes washing and changing your linens, vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning. We also offer residents a complimentary laundry facility for their convenience.

Transportation: Active residents demand flexibility and the Ballard Manor shuttle is always ready. Whether it's scheduled trips throughout beautiful Ballard's numerous shops and boutiques, sightseeing or holiday excursions, the resident shuttle is a lively, well used amenity.

Health and Fitness: Optimal wellness encompass the mind, body and soul. Our Activity Director organizes many different exercise and activity sessions designed to enhance your focus on health and physical activity.

Our Activity Director plans and facilitates hobby, craft and other activities, including special holiday activities, sightseeing and shopping excursions and celebrations for your enjoyment.

24 Hour Service: We are always on site for your needs. You can rest assured we are able to respond to any personal need at any time of the day and our health care office is always available with a qualified staff member. We also offer room service if the need may arise. *

Utilities: All electricity and utilities are included. Our extensive heating system designed within the flooring, provides a radiant, constant climate for your comfort. Residents also enjoy our expanded air conditioning system throughout the common areas.
